Hire pricing (fuel included) – $137.5 GST exc per 30 minutes.

VH FWC is our new IFR C172 aircraft. Please see details under learning center. Please initially book an expected flight time and landing fee. If you are unable to see the time slot in the booking system means it is already booked out. Post flight you can buy any extra flight time. We do not usually offer phone or text booking. Avoid booking Monday and Tuesdays as your flight may get cancelled even on last minute due to our commitment to support rural doctor travel flights . Payment example: You initially booked a 30 minutes flight and paid for landing fee.  However after flight you noticed 40 minutes VDO / your clock time if VDO is not working. Then you can buy 10 minutes extra flight time. All flight time is in VDO / clock minutes. If you need extra ground time like going to Cessnock (9-5) for lunch please book FWC for expected time in air 2 hour flight time 9-11, then call us.

• Please read terms and condition section. You must not book use the online booking system if you are a new customer as you need to show us ASIC card and get FWC familiarization. Please see videos under learning section . Flight familiarization would involve $100 administration fee plus flight cost. You also need to pay a refundable deposit of $250. If we do not find you flying ability to our satisfaction we would not be renting the aircraft to you. Please call CFI before making your first booking and get aircraft familiarization (number is in learning section). You must not disclose aircraft access details to any other person.

Minimum Pilot Requirements

RPL ,prior C172 experience for at least 1 hour, document check and 60 minutes aircraft familiarization. If you wish to use our insurance then you must have flown FWC in last 3 months. Members can get a individual coupon code to book ground time for free if they want to take FWC away for a day or so. Minimum 2hours of flying required for a away days.

You must not book within 60 minutes of unavailable time slot, booking close to that unavailable time slot could cause you flight delays.
You must get access all 3 access codes at least 72 hours before your flight as we are not available over weekends.
